Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson on Monday removed a product liability lawsuit against Grifols Shared Services North America Inc. and Grifols Therapeutics to Florida Southern District Court. The suit was filed by Torhoerman Law on behalf of the representative and estate of a person who was treated with Gamunex and then died. The case is 9:21-cv-82072, Ganz v. Grifols Therapeutics LLC et al.
