A Pompano Beach Walmart store prevailed against a fallen customer who claimed that the store had not been well maintained.

On Oct. 7, 2019, plaintiff Tomasa Fortaneli Ponce, 39, a cleaning company’s operator, fell while she was shopping at a store that was located at 2300 W. Atlantic Blvd., in the city of Pompano Beach. She claimed that she suffered injuries of her back and neck.
