After focusing on commercial and personal injury defense for more than 30 years, attorney Kim Cook will now handle both plaintiff and defense matters at Miami boutique Davis Goldman.

In the past few weeks, the litigation boutique added partner Cook, formerly a partner at Am Law 200 firm Goldberg Segalla, and litigation associate Michael Bild, formerly of Genovese Joblove. They will work on COVID-related cases, as well as other personal injury matters and the rising number of commercial disputes against hedge funds and real estate companies, firm leader Aaron Davis said in an interview.
