A 20-acre Dallas office complex and a bank plaza in Louisville, Kentucky, are the subjects of federal forfeiture filings based on their ties to two Ukrainian oligarchs, one of whom was mentioned in impeachment testimony against President Donald Trump.

Billionaires Ihor Kolomoisky and Gennadiy Boholiubov allegedly siphoned billions from PrivatBank, a Ukrainian bank they founded, by piling new loans on old loans and not paying them back, according to the complaints.
