Although Hollywood attorney Scott Orth lost a case on appeal before the Third District Court of Appeal, there was a silver lining: “The good news for us is we get the attorney fees for our client,” he said.

In an opinion by the Third DCA, which was released Wednesday in the case of Genna Demircan vs. Igor Mikhaylov, the court reversed the order of denial of attorney fees, which will likely amount to between $15,000 to $20,000.
