Baker McKenzie marked the start of its new fiscal year by appointing new managing partners to its offices in Miami, Texas and Washington, D.C.

New York managing partner Scott Brandman, a tax attorney, adds Miami to his responsibilities. In Texas, Bobby Albaral, who currently manages the Dallas office, now also oversees Houston. Litigator Maurice Bellan has taken the lead role in Washington.
