Litigators David Batista and Sara Levy have jumped from Greenberg Traurig to Shutts & Bowen in Fort Lauderdale.
Levy and Batista will join the firm’s insurance practice group as partners. Batista has two decades of experience in complex commercial litigation, including insurance, business torts, class actions, and products liability cases. Levy’s primary focus is insurance defense in both state and federal courts.
