Matthew Leopold, of counsel at Carlton Fields in Tallahassee, has been nominated to become general counsel at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
He was formerly general counsel to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. He also served in the Justice Department’s environment and natural resources division from 2007 to 2013, according to his LinkedIn page.
