Greenspoon Marder lawyers have been accused of violating the Florida Bar Rules of Professional Conduct by seeking to seize $562,316 in litigation costs after withdrawing from an alleged securities fraud case following the denial of class certification.

Greenspoon Marder lawyers Beth-Ann Krimsky and John Pelzer filed a charging lien in that amount after a Detroit man won a $1.5 million jury verdict in Miami federal court.
