South Florida attorneys wasted no time filing a lawsuit in the aftermath of Volkswagen AG’s emissions-cheating scandal.
Just days after the German automaker admitted it built “defeat device” software into 11 million diesel cars worldwide to cheat on emissions tests, Fort Lauderdale’s Schlesinger Law Firm filed a class action lawsuit against the company.
