The roofs aren’t on fire, but they might as well be after residents of two Delray Beach condominium communities say they got burned by a roofing manufacturer’s inferior product and warranty.
Saxony K. Association Inc. and Saxony M. Association Inc., which are part of the Kings Point development, filed a construction defect suit assigned to U.S. District Judge William Dimitrouleas against roof manufacturer Jones-Blair Co. LLC.
