When Miami attorney Jeffrey Feldman was hired to represent a manufacturer suing a former employee for allegedly stealing trade secrets, only a few weeks were left before the scheduled trial.

He and his Feldman Gale colleagues defeated summary judgment, gained a continuance and ultimately persuaded the judge that misconduct by the former employee during discovery was so extensive that default judgment should be entered against him.
