Greenspoon Marder is opening a Miami Beach office while expanding its alcoholic beverage industry group after snapping up a four-lawyer boutique firm.
On Oct. 1, the Fort Lauderdale-based law firm will acquire Terminello & Terminello, which includes four lawyers and eight licensing and permitting professionals.
