A South Florida company that makes portable battery chargers filed a $50 million trademark infringement suit against Walt Disney Co. on Tuesday.
Battery on the Go Inc. alleges California-based Disney infringed on its trademark for the name PowerBar by allegedly selling battery chargers under the name Power Bar.
