Bank of America faced off Friday with victims of disbarred attorney Scott Rothstein in a lawsuit accusing the bank of helping maintain his elaborate $1.2 billion Ponzi scheme.
The opposing sides met for a status conference in two cases, Kretschmar v. Bank of America and Beverly v. Bank of America.
