Starting this fall, students will be able to obtain a combined bachelor’s and law degree in six years through a partnership between Miami Dade College and St. Thomas University School of Law.

The accelerated law degree is a growing trend designed to save on tuition costs and boost sagging enrollment. In Florida, Barry University School of Law is offering the so-called 3-plus-3 program in conjunction with the University of Central Florida, and the University of West Florida partnered with Stetson University School of Law.
