Tax Day 2015 was not a good day in the ongoing saga of the Anthem data breach.

“April 15 appears to have been a very bad day for Anthem customers as there were, from what we’ve been hearing, a lot of fraudulent tax returns filed using the names of Anthem customers,” said David Rosen, of David Rosen & Associates in New Haven.
