The estate of a man who was killed when his motorcycle collided with a school bus has settled a lawsuit with the bus driver’s employer for $1,225,000.
Travis Lipton, 25, was riding his 2005 Suzuki motorcycle on Sept. 24, 2012, on Pickett District Road in New Milford when he was struck by a school bus owned by All Star Transportation LLC and operated by Alicia Gardos.
