Wells Fargo plans to appeal a federal regulator’s order that it pay $5.4 million to a fired manager and reinstate him.
In an unusual move, the unnamed bank manager filed his retaliation complaint with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which ordered its largest individual whistleblower award ever, according to OSHA spokeswoman Amanda Kraft.
