Guidance Software has some new legal guidance. The company, specializing in digital investigation software and data security, has hired Alfredo Gomez as its senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Gomez will be in charge of the company’s worldwide legal operations, including software licensing, securities and general corporate law.
“Alfredo brings an excellent legal background in advising public companies as well as solid financial and intellectual property experience to this important role,” said Patrick Dennis, president and chief executive officer, in prepared remarks. “We’re delighted to have him join our team.”
