When the Association of Corporate Counsel first considered James Benes as one of its “Top 10 30-Somethings,” he was a deputy general counsel. ACC proved prophetic: In March he was named director of legal affairs at Active Network, a cloud technology company in Dallas.
ACC officially announced its Top 10 list last week. Sponsored by the law firm Saul Ewing, the award program recognizes the outstanding achievements of in-house counsel between the ages of 30 and 39.
