Philip Morris International Inc. announced that Marc Firestone is now the company’s executive vice president of corporate and legal affairs and general counsel. Firestone returned to Philip Morris from Kraft Foods Inc., which in turn promoted Gerhard Pleuhs to EVP of legal affairs and GC.
Ann-Marie Hedbeck has moved up to senior vice president of legal affairs at Skanska AG from the GC role at Skanska Sweden. She succeeds Einar Lundgren.
