Cummins Inc. announced that Sharon Barner, a former deputy undersecretary at the U.S. Department of Commerce, is now vice president and general counsel. She replaces Marya Rose, who becomes VP and chief administrative officer.
E. Robert Lupone is the new executive vice president, GC, and secretary of Textron Inc. He most recently held the GC for the Americas slot at Siemens AG and replaces Terence O’Donnell, who is returning to private practice.
