In today’s dynamic market, staying ahead of mergers & acquisition trends is crucial. Many legal professionals are grappling with uncertainties around deal flow, valuation pressures, and industry-specific activity. The year began with a healthy dose of “cautious optimism” for the M&A market, and in this webcast, you’ll hear directly from leading transactional lawyers on what they are seeing in practice, and what they anticipate for the second half of the year.

Join a panel of experts from firms as they share their opinions and discuss:

  • The trends likely to spur or dampen dealmaking activity;
  • Valuation multiples, interest rate and inflationary pressures;
  • Which industries will drive deal volume for the remainder of the year + future projections for the M&A market; and
  • Best practices & technology solutions that can help you.
