Western Union’s Benjamin Adams says authenticity is important to him, and it’s a quality everyone can cultivate if they’re in an environment that allows them to be comfortable in their own skin.
He said he has found that environment at Western Union, where he has been chief legal officer for almost a year. He added the title interim chief people officer in February.
