Legal ops might not be sexy, but it has the power to radically improve the narrative surrounding your legal department, experts in the field say.

Stephanie Corey, CEO of the legal ops consulting firm UpLevel Ops and a co-founder of the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium, said legal departments are no longer perceived as a rubber-stamp department, either approving or shooting down big business moves as a final step before the organization can move forward.
