Although the number of U.S. enforcement actions against corporations for bribery has dipped and leveled off in the past four years, the average cost of settlements remains at a high mark, according to a new report this week.

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s 2014 Year-End FCPA Update is the law firm’s 10th annual report on enforcement of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. This one focuses on five trends of interest to companies and their general counsel that have developed over the past decade.
