Commercial lawyers may find it harder to skirt court rules requiring they show up for court conferences, follow discovery schedules and be fully prepared when appearing in court.
The Commercial Division will soon post a statement to appear at the beginning of its practice rules advising that judges will sanction “dilatory tactics.”
