The California Compliance Bundle contains twenty-five (25) participatory MCLE hours required by the CA State Bar for Compliance, including the required four (4) hours in Ethics, one (1) hour in Competence Issues, one (1) hour in Elimination of Bias from the Legal Profession and one (1) hour of Implicit Bias.

The State Bar of California allows attorneys to complete their twenty-five (25) required MCLE hours online, including the four (4) required hours in Ethics, one (1) in Competence Issues, and two (2) hours of Elimination of Bias with one specifically on Implicit Bias.

Bundle Update: Starting January 1, 2022, California attorneys will be required to complete two (2) hours of Elimination of Bias CLE. The total credits required remains the same.
