    Michelle Chia is the Head of Professional Liability and Cyber Underwriting at Zurich North America, where she manages Profit and Loss for the Technology, Manufacturing, and Miscellaneous Professional Liability and Cyber portfolios. In addition to industry engagements, she has collaborated with regulatory and defense stakeholders to build awareness and public-private partnership to encourage cyber resilience.Michelle serves on the Diversity Inclusion Equity and Belonging Council at ZNA, spearheads initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent across the organization globally, and is passionate about collaborating with the industry more broadly on these topics.Michelle is also a co-founder and regular host on the Four of a Kind Podcast. The podcast features guest speakers who invest in or started their own start-up ventures.Michelle completed her MBA at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2018. She received her Registered Professional Liability Underwriter designation (RPLU) in 2010.

He is admitted to practice before courts and arbitral bodies across the United States. He litigates and arbitrates insurance coverage and bad faith disputes around the nation, involving business interruption, product liability, construction defect, reinsurance recovery matters for cedents, cyberinsurance and e-commerce issues, and other emerging claims. These matters involve a variety of insurance contracts, including professional liability, first party property, general liability insurance policies, cyberinsurance, and various reinsurance agreements.Walter also has served as an expert witness in insurance matters and as an arbitrator in insurance coverage arbitrations.
