The era of remote work has created new challenges for the protection of trade secrets. Employees are scattered and working in new environments. Helpfully, existing trade secret case law is flexible and can adapt to new circumstances. This program features the co-authors of the ABA's Guide to Protecting and Litigating Trade Secrets (2nd Edition). They will share practical tips for implementing or updating policies to protect any business's confidential information or trade secrets during the COVID-19 pandemic and after.
