For NY - Difficulty: Experienced Attorneys Only (Non-Transtional)

Description

Contracts are made of words, and those words are designed for expert human consumption. But for most non-experts (and even for experts), a clean set of yes or no data points is much easier to process. And if you need to analyze risk or automate thousands of agreements, unambiguous data is essential. The secret to making this happen: a universal contract model. What is it? Is it even possible? What hidden value do you unlock when thousands of contracts are translated into a universal data model? Join us for a panel discussion with leading professionals to hear how they are unlocking its value today.

This program was recorded as part of ALM's Legalweek Conference on January 29th, 2019.
