Cristin previously served as Discovery Counsel at McGuireWoods LLP, where she oversaw a multi-faceted team of legal professionals providing experienced discovery assistance and strategic advice to firm clients. She also managed the Richmond Document Review Center and was a member of the firm’s Practice Innovation Office. Cristin is a frequent speaker and author on discovery issues. She is a member of the EDRM Global Advisory Council, Project Trustee of the EDRM Privilege Log Protocol, and Chapter Director of Richmond Women in eDiscovery. She is active in Sedona Conference WG1 and her certifications include Relativity Master, Relativity Certified Administrator, Review Management Specialist, Analytics Specialist, Project Management Specialist, Processing Specialist and Certified Training Pro.

Sandra Metallo-Barragan is eDiscovery Counsel at Proskauer Rose LLP, where she leads the firm’s eDiscovery Group. As a member of the Group, Sandra develops innovative, efficient, cost-effective, and defensible eDiscovery strategies and workflows and advices clients on issues related to Information Governance, eDiscovery and related Artificial Intelligence considerations and workflows. Sandra is a Steering Committee member of the Sedona Conference’s Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production. Prior to joining Proskauer, Sandra was Chief of the eDiscovery Division at the New York City Law Department and was previously a litigation associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman’s New York office, where she was a member of the firm’s Antitrust, Corporate Investigations & White Collar Defense group, and Information Law and Electronic Discovery group.

Michallynn Demiter is an eDiscovery Expert at Bayer. She has over twelve years of eDiscovery experience in a highly regulated and global environment. Outside of eDiscovery she has completed a rotation in LEAN management and is currently part of the core team implementing global retention policies. She is a Certified eDiscovery Specialist, a Relativity Expert, and she has a Master of Science in Information Systems. She is a founding steering committee member of the Pittsburgh Relativity User group, member of the Relativity Corporate AI Feeback Group, and a long-time volunteer with the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA).
