Mark Prada

Partner and Co-founder
Prada Urizar Dominguez, PLLC

Mark primarily devotes his time to federal court litigation, including challenges against agency actions and policies of USCIS, habeas work against ICE, FOIA actions against federal agencies, challenges to agency action and policies of other federal agencies, and petitions for review of BIA decisions and other appellate work.
Mr. Prada graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, and also holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Florida International University. He began his legal career by representing victims of domestic violence and other crimes as part of a nonprofit organization, and eventually opened his own practice.
Mr. Prada grew up in Miami, and is the son of Colombian immigrants.

Jasmine Coca is the Director of Immigration Services at Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada. Jasmine is originally from Los Angeles, CA. She is a 2001 graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas-Boyd School of Law. Catholic Charities was Jasmine's first job after law school. She has done an excellent job administering the immigration program with a small support staff of two. Jasmine has dedicated her entire career using her immigration expertise and experience to serve the Las Vegas community for 20 years.

Emily McCabe

Emily McCabe (she/her/ella) is a Senior Staff Attorney for the Family Group Legal Orientation Program (FGLOP) at the American Bar Association’s Commission on Immigration (COI). Emily obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish from Arcadia University, and she earned her Juris Doctorate from American University’s Washington College of Law.
Prior to joining COI, Emily worked for five years as an immigration attorney at Northern Virginia Family Service. Emily represented mostly unaccompanied children who had been abused, abandoned, or neglected by one or both parents, asylum-seekers, survivors of human trafficking, and survivors of other criminal activity.
