The program will teach attendees how to represent clients in hearings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Judge Sharon L. Steckler, administrative law judges from the National Labor Relations Board in DC, lead panelists through an overview of the process while also covering pre-hearing preparation, settlement discussions, the hearing itself, and post hearing briefing.

Understand the differences in addressing rights for marginalized people overseas, as compared to rights within the American context, with emphasis on state and local government efforts to aid immigration and/or the lives of foreign residents in our country.

This panel will address the future regulation of public protest on speeches and expressions in a public forum.

This program features a Clinical Instructor and Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School’s International Human Rights Clinic who will help you learn about land rights, as well as the complexities of human rights advocacy, government structures, and the rule of law, in Myanmar.
