As the role of the GC has grown to encompass more than litigation, GCs are expected to influence business decisions in addition to leading their own departments. In order to grow a law department, one must consider how much the resources are being distributed across the board, and then plan for the future -- by means of adding more bodies, succession planning and incorporating new tech to aid in the day-to-day. This session discusses the steps that GCs can take to move their law departments forward.

This program was recorded on May 22nd, 2018.
