Jeffrey Grobart is an Associate Director in the Professional Services Group at H5. In this role, he leads H5’s expert teams in pairing innovative technology with accumulated expertise to provide best in class service to corporate and law firm clients. Mr. Grobart is an expert in the use of litigation technology across the EDRM and has provided consulting services in a wide variety of practice areas during his 20 year career with an emphasis on antitrust, pharmaceutical, commercial real estate, and intellectual property engagements.

Prior to joining H5, Mr. Grobart was a Senior Director with FTI where he led cross functional teams addressing a wide variety of e-discovery issues and was a pioneer in the use of predictive technologies at the firm.

Mr. Grobart received his B.S. in Political Science from Northern Illinois University and his Master’s in Data Science from Northwestern University.

Twanda Turner-Hawkins is a skilled advocate, litigator, and strategic global business leader. She has dedicated her entire career to leadership. As a result, she has extensive experience as a strong global leader and manager of multiple litigation teams, offices, and projects. Twanda develops innovative initiatives and solutions to accomplish strategic goals. She is skilled in communicating complex ideas, plans, and the law. Similarly, Twanda is accomplished in attorney professional development, training, continuing legal education, mentoring, negotiating, budgeting, and problem-solving.

She previously enjoyed a dedicated career at Allstate Insurance Company in many leadership roles such as Litigation Director, Corporate Counsel, Process Management Director, and Law Department Management Leadership, Department Head, Managing Attorney, Lead Counsel, and Trial Attorney, to name a few. Currently, Twanda is the head of litigation for Dematic and KION Americas. In this role, Twanda is responsible for litigation and dispute resolution worldwide.

Finally, Twanda is a leader in her community and a visionary. She is passionate and driven as a business owner. She has a proven formula for success which is realized through collaboration, team building, networking and professional development to ensure continuous improvement for individuals, teams, and organizations.

Pre Covid-19, Twanda enjoyed an active lifestyle as a certified Spin instructor and world traveler.

Doug is an established eDiscovery thought leader with over 30 years of experience providing eDiscovery best practices, legal technology consulting and technical project management services to numerous commercial and government clients.

Doug has published a daily blog since 2010 and has written numerous articles and white papers. He has received the JD Supra Readers Choice Award as the Top eDiscovery Author for 2017 and 2018 and a JD Supra Readers Choice Award as a Top Cybersecurity Author for 2019.

Doug has presented at numerous events and conferences, including Legaltech New York, ILTACON, Relativity Fest, University of Florida E-Discovery Conference, Masters Conference and many local and regional conferences. Doug has also presented numerous CLE-accredited webcasts.

Mr. Horn is an experienced attorney with a corporate in house and law firm background. He is well versed in a range of litigation matters including product liability, mass torts, eDiscovery, RICO, insurance, franchise, antitrust and procurement/contracting. He also has a significant transactional background as he has lead acquisitions and divestitures.

The Honorable Andrew J. Peck served for 23 years as a United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of New York, including a term as Chief Magistrate Judge from 2004 to 2005. Before his appointment to the bench, Judge Peck was in private practice for 17 years, focusing on commercial and entertainment litigation, including copyright and trademark matters, with extensive trial experience.

At DLA Piper, Judge Peck advises on innovative and efficient solutions to the challenges of information management, both within and outside the litigation context. He frequently speaks at conferences concerning eDiscovery issues. Since joining DLA Piper, Judge Peck has been retained to serve as special discovery counsel to clients and law firms, and to submit expert reports in state court cases. Judge Peck is ranked by Chambers as "Recognized Practitioner" for "Litigation: E-Discovery in USA- Nationwide."

Judge Peck also is available to serve as an arbitrator, mediator and Special Master. In addition to serving directly through DLA Piper, Judge Peck is on the arbitration and mediation rosters of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), Federal Arbitration, Inc., and National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM).

Judge Peck is recognized internationally for bringing electronic discovery competency to the attention of both the judiciary and bar. Indeed, he is widely described as the first judge to tackle the subject of e-discovery head on, most notably in the influential 1995 decision Anti-Monopoly v. Hasbro, in which Judge Peck found that "it is black letter law that computerized data is discoverable if relevant." Also among his legacy rulings is the 2012 employment class action Monique Da Silva Moore, et. al. v. Publicis Groupe & MSL Group, the first judicial decision approving the use of technology-assisted review. By 2015, Judge Peck declared in Rio Tinto v. Valle that it was black-letter law that if the responding party wished to use TAR, courts would allow it. In March 2018, the New York Law Journal called Judge Peck "one of e-discovery's most influential figures."

Among the honors he has received, American Lawyer named him to its list of the Top 50 Innovators of the Last 50 Years as its Judicial E-Discovery Innovator.
