Ms. Victor was also a litigation associate at Jenner & Block. She earned her JD cum laude from The John Marshall Law School and Bachelor of Arts cum laude from North Central College.

Peter Lieb

Executive Vice President & General Counsel

Peter Lieb serves as Aon’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel. As the company’s chief legal officer, Lieb leads Aon’s Global Law Department and manages legal, regulatory and government relations matters for Aon and its business units globally.

Prior to joining Aon in July 2009, Lieb was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at NCR Corporation. He joined NCR in 2006, where he managed an international law department and provided counsel to the board of directors and Senior Executives on all legal matters affecting the $5 billion global technology company, including board governance, litigation, compliance, intellectual property, government affairs, securities regulation and mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Lieb was a partner at the Jones Day law firm, and served as the law clerk to Warren E. Burger, Chief Justice of the United States.

Lieb graduated magna cum laude from Yale College, where he was elected a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He holds a law degree from the University of Michigan, where he was managing editor of the Michigan Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif.
