Chad Walker serves as Chief Legal Counsel responsible for leading Morton Salt's Legal function across all businesses and operations in the U.S., South America, Canada and the Bahamas. Also serves as Chief Compliance Officer across all businesses and operations. In addition to the Legal and Compliance functions, also responsible for crisis management, government relations, corporate office services, and real estate. Serves on the Senior Executive Leadership Team for Morton Salt, Inc. reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

Vandana Dhamija is a lawyer/accountant and Founder and CEO of boutique consulting practice Legal Operations Consulting, LLC. Winner of 2017 Process Improvement Award - Harman by Buying Legal Council.

She brings over 15 years of project management and operational experience to her corporate legal department and law firm clients, encouraging an atmosphere of understanding and collaboration between both. Her expertise spans diverse in-house legal and compliance roles at multi-billion dollar organizations such as - Viacom, BlackRock, and JPMorgan Chase. Her solution driven practice provides real-world, long and short-term tailor-made strategic solutions in Spend Management including Global Rate Review, RFPs and AFAs, Law Firm Panel Program Management, Process Improvement, Vendor Selection (Technology or Law firms), Secondment - Head of Legal Operations, Training, Change Management, and Enterprise Legal Management.

She recently published a Rate Negotiation Primer (Best approach) and conducted a webinar on Global Rate Review Process for the Buying Legal Council.

Amy M. Au is Corporate Counsel and Director, Global Legal with BCD Travel, a $27.1 billion corporate travel management company with 13,800 employees globally. Amy has nearly twenty years of corporate legal and business management experience.

She is currently responsible for the legal needs of each client transaction from beginning to end, as well as assisting with developing and implementing strategic improvements to legal operational efficiency. She is also a certified mediator and experienced negotiator.

Amy earned her M.B.A., Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management; J.D., University of San Diego School of Law; B.A. Economics and Political Science, University of Illinois (Chicago, Honors College).
