Neely Agin

Partner
Winston & Strawn LLP

Neely guides leading companies in the United States and around the world through merger review and clearance processes and develops creative strategies for clients contemplating M&A transactions to reduce their antitrust risk. She provides counseling and compliance training on a wide-variety of antitrust issues, with particularly significant experience advising companies in the retail, energy, and healthcare sectors. Neely is co-chair of Winston’s Antitrust/Competition Transactions Practice and the Washington, D.C. Office Chair of the Winston & Strawn Women’s Leadership Initiative.

Neely focuses her practice on antitrust and competition matters. She has steered hundreds of transactions through the U.S. and global merger-control review process and regularly represents clients in merger and other antitrust investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and state attorneys general (AGs), as well as in Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) matters. Neely uses her deep experience to counsel clients on various antitrust issues, including contracting practices, distribution restrictions, the formation and operation of joint ventures, trade association activities, information exchanges, and pricing practices. She also advises clients in developing, implementing, and enforcing global antitrust compliance programs.

Alycia Guichard

Global Corporate Counsel
Verizon

Alycia Michelle Guichard, is Global Corporate Counsel for Verizon Business Group and supports Verizon Connect, the Verizon telematics and fleet management platform business. In this role, she partners with international and domestic commercial clients to innovate, launch, and market new products and services, advising across a wide range of legal, regulatory, compliance, and risk issues. Previously, Alycia supported Open Development, Network Certification, and the development of the Internet of Things (IoT) enterprise products and services for the Product and New Business Innovation team.

Alycia also manages the Verizon Pro Bono Program for the Legal, Corporate Security & Public Policy teams and serves as Verizon's Legal & Corporate Security Business Unit's Volunteer POC for Verizon's Corporate Social Responsibility/Citizen Verizon initiatives. The Pro Bono Program offers a multitude of opportunities in the following areas: Educate, Empower & Mentor Youth, Legal Support to Individuals, Legal Support to Nonprofits and Small Businesses, Criminal Justice Reform, Community Service, and International. As Verizon's Legal & Corporate Security Volunteer POC, Alycia is responsible for communications to advertise monthly theme-related opportunities, and drive volunteerism efforts throughout the year to achieve Legal & Corporate Security’s annual volunteerism goal. Her work in this role contributes to Verizon's Corporate Social Responsibility Citizen Verizon initiative to reach 2.5 million volunteer hours by 2025 to move the world forward one hour at a time.

Alycia has an Associate in Arts (AA) from Westchester Community College and a Bachelor of Science (BS), with Honors, from New York University. At NYU, she was awarded an American Bar Association (ABA) Scholarship to attend law school, and went on to earn a Juris Doctorate (JD) from Fordham University School of Law. While at Fordham Law, Alycia interned at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit for the Honorable Sonia Sotomayor, who now sits as an Associate Justice on the Supreme Court of the United States. Alycia was the first Fordham graduate in the school’s history to receive a Georgetown University Law Center Clinical Teaching Fellowship, and subsequently earned a Master of Laws (LL.M), with Distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center. Alycia also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA), magna cum laude, from Strayer University.

Alycia serves as a member of Street Law, Inc.’s Leadership Circle and Family Legal Care (FLC) Lawyers Council. Alycia also serves on the Board of Directors of Prevent Child Abuse—NJ (“PCA—NJ) where she serves as Chair of the Board Development Committee.

Ana Siegel

Executive Vice President, General Counsel
NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises

Ana Salas Siegel serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel for NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises and oversees all legal resources, including the division’s Business & Legal Affairs team. As a key member of the senior leadership team, she is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the legal department, and supervising all legal and business affairs issues impacting the group.

In addition to overseeing strategic and complex commercial agreements, Salas Siegel works closely with NBCUniversal’s corporate legal resources on transactional, litigation and employment law, as well as intellectual property, labor relations and compliance matters. Salas Siegel has been in the media and entertainment industry for almost 20 years.

Previously, Salas Siegel worked at Fox Latin America Channels for 12 years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President & General Counsel, Business and Legal Affairs. In that role she was responsible for all legal matters relating to their pay TV channels, and production and sports facilities in Latin America, in addition to managing and developing the legal department. During her tenure, she also served as Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel for Fox International Channels.

Prior to that Salas Siegel served for four years as the Director of Business & Legal Affairs at Universal Studios Networks Latin America Inc.

Lesley Marlin

Associate General Counsel, Labor & Employment

Lesley Marlin is an experienced, senior in-house attorney with a specialty in labor and employment law. She works for Northrop Grumman as the lead labor and employment lawyer for the Company’s Defense Systems sector, which is one of the Company’s four operating units (with approximately 21,000 employees). She also supports the Company’s EEO/Compliance team. She provides day-to-day practical and strategic legal advice, develops or updates policies and procedures, responds to administrative charges and demand letters, handles government investigations, leads union negotiations, and conducts training.

Ms. Marlin speaks frequently both internally and externally on various workplace issues, including labor and employment law topics, culture and psychological safety, diversity and inclusion, resilience, and career development.
