She also worked in document automation in her previous role as a Knowledge Management manager at the law firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz between 2011 and 2013, during which time the firm’s KM department released many of its first Contract Express projects to institutional clients and numerous practice groups.
