Ms. Johansen focuses on knowledge management and practice innovation to enable our Business Law attorneys to deliver high value legal services to our clients. Ms. Johansen and her team are responsible for artificial intelligence and document automation technologies that enhance attorney workflows and processes. Ms. Johansen directs a staff of professional support lawyers tasked to develop know how, monitor legal developments, and deliver practice tools. She also oversees the capture and leverage of the firm’s business law experience, and the maintenance of knowledge sharing platforms for the Business Law Department.

Meredith oversees & coordinates global strategy in master data management, conflicts, governance, new business intake, records, legal project management, knowledge management, research services and more. Ms. Williams-Range also oversees many of the Firm's resources that allow Shearman to partner with clients and deliver cuttingedge legal tech. She is widely recognized as a leading authority in innovation, legal tech and the practice of law changes, and is a frequent presenter and author.

Sarah Harrison is a document automation specialist for Thomson Reuters and serves US-based law firms and corporations as a Contract Express consultant, trainer and project automation engineer. She also worked in document automation in her previous role as a Knowledge Management manager at the law firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz between 2011 and 2013, during which time the firm’s KM department released many of its first Contract Express projects to institutional clients and numerous practice groups.
