Description

Taking the right stance in today’s society is a challenge for organizations, especially given the current political and social environment. Glen Spoviero

Associate General Counsel & Director - Verizon Ethics
Verizon Communications

Glen Sproviero is Associate General Counsel and Director of Ethics at Verizon. In that role, he is responsible for day-to-day operations of the company's ethics organization, which serves over 130,000 employees in over 44 countries. Verizon Ethics is the company's primary resource for matters relating to business integrity, ethics, and a variety of compliance issues. It administers the Code of Conduct, and coordinates with the broader Compliance organization on employee training, outreach, communications, risk management, and internal investigations.

Before joining Verizon, Glen spent two years as a federal law clerk and was in private practice in New York, where he specialized in white-collar criminal defense, securities matters, and commercial litigation. After graduating from Fordham with a B.A. in philosophy, he was a Richard M. Weaver Fellow at the University of St Andrews, Scotland, where he earned an M.Phil. in modern history, followed by a law degree at Rutgers.

He lives in Fair Haven, NJ with his wife and three children.

Hank Greenberg

General Counsel

Hank Greenberg is most recently the General Counsel & Secretary at Vault Health. Hank joined Vault in 2021 after serving in roles of increasing responsibility at Oscar Health, where he was the General Counsel & Secretary from 2019 to 2021, when the company completed its initial public offering.

Prior to joining Oscar, Hank served as Counsel at Reorg, a financial media and technology firm, and as an Associate at Jenner & Block in New York, where he represented corporate and pro bono clients in the firm's Complex Commercial Litigation and later in the Corporate practice groups.

Prior to law school, Hank served as a Legislative Assistant for Representative Jane Harman in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he managed Rep. Harman's health care, energy and telecommunications policy matters.

Hank earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from Yale University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was a member of the Harvard Law Review.
