Description

In today’s global economy businesses have customers and data from around the world. But when your marketing, sales or operations team asks for data pertaining to global customers, this can raise complex cross-border data privacy, transfer and anti-spam issues. Cross-border privacy laws can sometimes pose conflicting obligations for any organization with global reach. In this session we will discuss how organizations can build a holistic program to navigate their way through this global labyrinth.
