Stephen Rosales, an AV rated attorney, graduated cum laude from Boston College in 1977. Following completion of his undergraduate work, he attended Suffolk University Law School where he received his J.D. and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1980. Lori Stiegel, Senior Attorney, joined the American Bar Association Commission on Law and Aging staff in 1989 and has developed and directed all of the Commission's elder abuse activities. She has written or co-authored numerous publications and curricula on elder abuse; has consulted for the federal government, other nonprofit agencies, and the financial services industry; and served in a variety of leadership roles in the elder abuse field. Ms. Steigel was a member of the National Academy of Science's Study Panel on the Risk and Prevalence of Elder Abuse. She previously worked as a legal services lawyer in Tampa, Florida, and legal services developer in Georgia.
