Corporate crises - exaggerated or not - are prevalent in today’s round-the-clock media, necessitating work with CxO's to develop business continuity and “stress-tested” crisis management plans.

This panel will take a deep dives into the key elements to effective internal processes: communication with key stakeholders (customers, regulators, C-Suite, the Board, shareholders, vendors, etc); dealing with the accelerated and speculative information steams; table-top exercises to test business continuity plans; and leading the organization through crisis recovery. This discussion will focus on navigating the more challenging aspects of this high-pressure addition to the GC’s playbook including preparedness, first response, communication and resolution strategies.
