LaTasha Rowe

LaTasha Rowe has been with NFM Lending since 2010. Prior to joining NFM, LaTasha worked as an Attorney in private practice representing private and publicly traded entities on legal issues, ranging from corporate governance to multi-million dollar commercial real estate purchase and finance transactions. She is a member of the Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. Bars. LaTasha is also an active participant in numerous industry-related associations including the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Maryland Mortgage Bankers Association, where she participates on the Legislative Action Committee. LaTasha oversees all corporate governance, systems administration and licensing matters for NFM Lending, and works in collaboration with each department on the development and execution of policies and procedures.

LaTasha received her Bachelor of Science from University of Maryland with honors, and holds a Juris Doctorate from the University Of Baltimore School Of Law with honors.

Kim Urbanchuk

Ms. Urbanchuk is the Chief Ethics & Compliance Counsel at Parsons Corporation.

Ms. Urbanchuk’s areas of expertise include ethics, compliance, procurement, government contracts, oversight, investigations, governance, legislation, due diligence, anticorruption, and other administrative law. Prior to joining Parsons, she served as Counsel and Director, Ethics & Compliance, at Airbus where she provided operational leadership and strategic direction to develop, sustain, and enhance Airbus’ North American regional Ethics & Anti-Corruption Compliance program.

Before joining Airbus, Ms. Urbanchuk was a Counsel for Oversight and Investigations for the U.S. House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. Earlier in her career, she served as an attorney in the Office of the General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Transportation and, in 2012, she was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Transportation to draft, oversee, and approve policy revisions for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority.

Ms. Urbanchuk holds a juris doctorate degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary and a bachelor’s degree in English from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is based in Parsons’ Washington, D.C., office

Deborah Solmor

Deborah G. Solmor is the General Counsel at TCS Education System, a nonprofit system of colleges advancing student success and community impact in higher education. TCS’s affiliates include the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Saybrook University, Pacific Oaks College and Children’s School, the Santa Barbara & Ventura Colleges of Law, the Dallas Nursing Institute and Kansas Health Science Center. Deborah leads the legal and compliance functions within this innovative model that focuses on supporting institutions whose missions are to provide student enrichment and community impact.

Prior to joining TCS, she served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Litigation and Chief Compliance Officer at Career Education Corporation, a publicly-traded provider of post-secondary education. At Career Education, she led a team of ten attorneys and compliance professionals. In addition to being a highly adaptable and collaborative business partner, Deborah is also a seasoned litigator.

Prior to moving in-house, she spent many years as Counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP where her practice focused on complex commercial and consumer litigation. While at Skadden she represented clients across diverse industries in all aspects of litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Deborah is a CCEP certified compliance professional and is often invited to speak on topics including best practices in regulatory and internal investigations as well as issues related to compliance and marketing in higher education. She holds a Juris Doctor from the DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University.

Sarah A. Fisher joined TPS Parking Management, LLC d/b/a The Parking Spot in 2013 and currently serves as SVP, General Counsel. The Parking Spot is the country’s largest near-airport parking company with 40 facilities operating at 22 different airports across the country. Sarah is responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s legal affairs, including oversight of government affairs initiatives, permit and licensing issues, regulatory compliance matters, risk management, property ownership and leasing transactions as well as litigation management.

Prior to joining The Parking Spot, Sarah was a real estate associate in the Chicago office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP. In addition to her work with The Parking Spot, Sarah sits on the Board of the Airport Ground Transportation Association and works very closely with the Near Airport Parking Industry Trade Association.

Sarah graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in political science and earned her JD from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Amy Lamoureux Riella

Amy routinely defends clients in complex, high-stakes government inquiries and investigations, prosecutions, and other proceedings related to compliance with federal and state regulations, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, False Claims Act, Federal Election Campaign Act, securities, antitrust, and trades secrets laws, and procurement fraud. She regularly represents clients before the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other regulators. Amy’s practice also focuses on conducting internal investigations, compliance reviews, and assessments, and providing compliance counseling, including helping clients develop, implement, test, and enhance compliance programs in a variety of areas, including anti-corruption compliance. Alice M. Eldridge is vice President and chief legal counsel at BAE Systems Platforms and Services. Formerly, Eldridge was vice president, Ethics & Business Conduct, for Lockheed Martin Corporation in Bethesda, MD. 

At Lockheed Martin, she was responsible for managing the Corporation's ethics program, which is internationally recognized as a model for promoting adherence to high standards of individual and business conduct. The ethics & business conduct program at Lockheed Martin includes awareness and compliance training, outreach activities, issues management, and performance tracking.

Prior to this, Eldridge was vice president and general counsel for Lockheed Martin Systems Integration in Owego, NY, where she provided advice and counsel on all major legal issues arising within Lockheed Martin Systems Integration – Owego (LMSI – Owego), including Lockheed Martin Canada and Lockheed Martin UK Integrated Systems.

She was also responsible for Business Practices and Export/Import Control. She had oversight of a wide range of legal issues, including matters related to pursuing, winning, and performing commercial, international, and U.S. Government contracts, and extracting value from intellectual property through acquisition, sale, spin-off, or formation of joint ventures. In addition, Eldridge provided direct legal support for the US101 Presidential Helicopter Program and has significant experience in managing employment-related matters. Eldridge also served as General Counsel for Lockheed Martin Tactical Systems in Eagan, Minnesota.
