It’s been about a month since our last round up of law firm legal skirmishes-plenty of time for litigants to hit firms with a fresh batch of suits claiming everything from wrongful termination to negligence to civil conspiracy, as well as for courts to clear other firms of their alleged wrongs. Here’s the latest from the law firm lawsuit docket:

Banner & Witcoff: Good news for the intellectual property boutique. It no longer faces a $40 million lawsuit brought by Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd alleging that Banner and its client, communications giant Avaya Inc., plotted a criminal conspiracy to drive former Robbins Geller client vTRAX Technologies into bankruptcy.
