Three Am Law firms have recently made changes in their leadership ranks.
Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has named DOUGLAS CLARK and JOHN SHERIDAN as co-managing partners of the firm. Clark and Sheridan replace current Wilson Sonsini CEO Steven Bochner, who is returning to his corporate practice full-time. Bochner assumed the firm’s top executive post in August 2009 upon the departure of former CEO John Roos, who became U.S. ambassador to Japan. Wilson Sonsini is also run by chairman Larry Sonsini and vice-chairman Jeffrey Saper, both of whom-like Clark and Sheridan-are based in the firm’s Palo Alto office.
