Venable’s intellectual property group has grown by five with the additions of a technology and life sciences patent group from Patton Boggs in Washington, D.C. The new arrivals include partners MICHELE FRANK, TONI-JUNELL HERBERT, and MARK SHANKS, of counsel THERESE FINAN, and one associate.
The team represents biotechnology, medical device, life sciences, and computer technology clients in patent proseuction, IP transactions, patent portfolio counseling, and IP litigation. Finan also brings trademark expertise.
