Baker Botts has expanded its intellectual property practice with the addition of IP litigation partner HOPKINS GUY in Palo Alto. Guy focuses on patent, trade secret, and commercial contract litigation involving Web-based telecommunications, electronics, and computer technologies. He was previously with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.
ERIC WALTERS has joined Davis Wright Tremaine as an intellectual property partner in San Francisco. Walters specializes in high-stakes IP litigation. He comes to the firm from Morrison & Foerster.
